Cole Palmer has been named England’s 2023/24 Men’s Player of the Season.
Chelsea star Palmer came off the bench to score in the Euro 2024 final, although England ultimately lost 2-1 to Spain in Berlin.
Palmer netted 25 goals for the Blues during the 2023/24 campaign – and that form helped him win a first England cap in a 2-0 win over Malta in November of last year, and has scored two international goals, including that strike against Spain in July.
He has gone on to win eight further caps for the Three Lions, five of which came at this summer’s European Championship.
